Using this website

You may use this site for its intended purposes: learning about our products, finding an authorised installer, checking warranty coverage, contacting us, and — if you are an authorised merchant — operating your dealer account. You agree not to attempt to disrupt the service, access accounts or records that are not yours, or extract data from the site by automated means.

Product information

Product specifications on this site are taken from our current product catalogue and are provided for general guidance. Real-world performance varies with vehicle, installation and conditions. We may update the range and its specifications without notice. Where a specification is critical to your decision, please confirm it with us or an authorised installer before purchase.

Warranty checker

The warranty checker reports what an authorised installer has registered against a phone number and car plate. It is a convenience tool, not the warranty itself. If a registration is missing, incorrect or was never submitted, the checker will not show it — contact your installer to have it registered or corrected. The terms, coverage and exclusions of any warranty are set out in the warranty documentation provided with your installation.

Installer locator

Listings are maintained by the authorised merchants themselves. While we oversee the network, we cannot guarantee that opening hours, services or contact details are accurate at any given moment. Please call ahead before travelling.

Dealer portal

Dealer accounts are issued to authorised merchants and are approved by Sentrix HQ. If you hold an account:

• Keep your login credentials confidential and do not share them.
• Register warranties accurately and only for work you have actually carried out.
• Submit claims honestly, with genuine supporting evidence.
• Handle customer data you enter in line with applicable data protection law.

We may suspend or withdraw access where these terms or our merchant standards are not met.

Intellectual property

The Sentrix name, logo, product names, site content and imagery belong to Sentrix Auto or its licensors. You may not reproduce or reuse them commercially without our written permission. Authorised merchants may use supplied brand materials in line with any guidelines we provide.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw parts of the site, including for maintenance.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Malaysian consumer law, or any obligations under a warranty we have issued.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
